Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition the day you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
